The Caravan Gallery transformed an empty shop in St Annes into a temporary gallery-cum-visitor information centre as part of the Revealed arts festival programme. The festival was devised by Lancashire County Council Arts Service in partnership with Fylde Council to coincide with The Open Golf Championship.
Along with the people of Lytham St Annes and visitors to the area we created a dynamic evolving exhibition celebrating this unique stretch of the coast. The exhibition grew day by day as visitors added their own contributions. Half the exhibition consisted of our own photos of the area and the rest was generated through participatory activities.
