Spring Caravan Tour of Burnley and Padiham

We can’t wait to be back in Burnley with a new exhibition in our Tardis-like gallery on wheels!  Step inside the caravan to see photos of Burnley people, places and things that have caught our eye, as well as some weird and wonderful discoveries we’ve made on our travels around Britain since The Caravan Gallery was founded in 2000.

Our reason for appearing in some admittedly unusual Caravanning locations is to connect with the people (and dogs) of Burnley town and borough. We aim to inspire individuals and members of local groups to get creative and lend their own Burnley-inspired artwork and artefacts to our dynamic evolving month-long pop up BURNLEY PRIDE OF PLACE PROJECT EXHIBITION commissioned by Burnley Leisure and Culture. This will take place from 18 May – 15 June 2024 when we’ll be taking over a vacant shop unit in Burnley’s Charter Walk Shopping Centre to create a fabulously diverse and creative celebration of the borough and its people.  All welcome!
