We’re over the moon – and mightily relieved – that The Caravan Gallery has been magnificently reincarnated for a second time by our talented friends at The English Caravan Company after succumbing to wear and tear due to countless roadmiles, speedbumps, dodgy kerbs and thousands of visitors. The floor was caving in and parting company with the walls – not a good look in our 25th anniversary year – so we’re most grateful to the Muller Wimhurst Trust for giving us a grant to save our own little piece of heritage on wheels.

‘The People’s Map of Blyth – A Legacy’
Market Pavilion, Blyth, 24 – 26 October 2025
We welcome any excuse to be back in Blyth to catch up with the many wonderful people we met during our Blyth Pride of Place Project residency in 2022. Our interactive hand drawn map of the town was a big hit with the locals so we’re bringing it out again to see how it might inspire future creativity. ‘The People’s Map of Blyth – A Legacy’ is part of the Energising Blyth regeneration programme. It’s delivered by Northumberland County Council with funding from the UK Government, Northumberland County Council, and the North East Combined Authority.
Recent Projects
Priddy Folk Festival 11- 13 July: The Caravan Gallery were artists in residence at this year’s Priddy Folk Festival, Somerset. Apparently we did a great job at capturing the very special essence of Priddy through our photographs, and plans are afoot to delve deeper into Mendip magic in a future project.
